2. we use "fresh roasted" coffee, roasted on location.
not old bitter stuff shipped in from some factory.
3. we roast coffee to specific origin profiles.
we don't "over roast", (bastardize) our coffee.
4. we know how to draw espresso.
they leave it to automation.
5. you won't find pretencious ass-holes here.
we "won't" kiss their ass.
6. we use unbleached filters.
they don't care.
7. our house coffee is made with fair trade beans.
they don't care.
