back in the neighborhood

picked up an acorn from hendersons yard
made a whistle when I kid.
sat on stoop of ma's store.
over to Citezen Park, around the pool.
through the ball diamond, around outfield.
tennis courts, b-ball hoops.
over to evergreen cemetary.
around by the train tressel.
I hid and smoked there as a kid.
the old neighbor hood.
